New Ways to have New Life

I’m writing to update you on our current church situation.  A lot has happened in just a few hours since we met and what a great and powerful meeting we had!  We are committed to continue to hear the voice of the Lord and lead you spiritually through this time.   Due to recommendations passed down by the CDC of groups limited gathering sizes which continue to decrease in number (currently no more than 10 people) we are moving our corporate gathering times online for the remainder of March.   We love gathering together and we value spending time with you. We also love you and would not want to put you at risk due to our decision to meet together physically.   Therefore we will trade our physical gatherings for online gatherings for the time being.  This is a new adventure for us so bear with us as we work out all the kinks.  We will offer the following worship experiences online.  Adults:  Sundays at 10AM Wednesdays at 6PM Students:  Wednesdays at 6:30PM Children:  Sunday morning lesson  Wednesday evening devotions (available for your family to minister together at a time that works best for you) As we navigate this new, temporary season we are also planning creative ways to stay connected!  Currently, you can connect online with us through facebook, instagram, and our website.  Search for “nlc280” on your social media to find us.  Also, at you can stay current with all of our updates by clicking on the all new “blog” section.   As well you can continue paying your tithes online at  Our online giving is proven and secure.  Setting up an account is easy and quick but if you need help don’t hesitate to ask.  You can start the process by clicking the “give online” button at the bottom of our web pages. Our staff will be communicating with you as well concerning their specific ministries and how to access their online content. You can look for an email from me every Monday with updates regarding our church.  For now we are finding “new ways to have new life!”  As a final word of encouragement I’d like to share with you what the Lord spoke to me this morning concerning this situation.  God is the only one who is ahead of this.  Our government, health officials, and leaders are working diligently to address this situation but God is not wringing his hands.  He is the voice we should be leaning into and listening to over all others.  He offers peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).  So take a moment and listen for his still, small voice.  And maybe sit down and read that whole chapter tonight. Grace and peace,  Matt Britt
